Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Jepara sekaligus Ketua Umum Federasi Olahraga Petanque Indonesia (FOPI) Jepara, Agus Sutisna, memberikan apresiasi tinggi kepada para atlet muda Jepara atas prestasi gemilang yang diraih di GWP Petanque Open tingkat Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Para atlet ini tidak hanya membawa nama baik FOPI Jepara, tetapi juga menjadi inspirasi bagi generasi muda lainnya.
“Prestasi ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan kerja keras dan dedikasi, atlet muda kita mampu bersaing di tingkat provinsi. Kami bangga dengan pencapaian ini dan akan terus mendukung perkembangan olahraga petanque di Jepara,” ujar Agus Sutisna, Minggu (19/11).
Pada kejuaraan yang berlangsung dalam tiga tahap, yaitu pada 19-20 Oktober, 9-10 November, dan 16-17 November 2024, atlet FOPI Jepara menunjukkan performa luar biasa. Prestasi yang diraih adalah sebagai berikut:
Kejuaraan Tingkat Provinsi GWP Open U-12 (19-20 Oktober 2024)
*Juara 2 single putra: Mulya Excel Fadhil Aldebaran (SMPN 2 Jepara).*
*Juara 1 double open: Mulya Excel Fadhil Aldebaran & Fadhil Darmawan (SMPN 2 Jepara).*
Kejuaraan Tingkat Provinsi GWP Petanque Open Pelajar SMP se-Jawa Tengah (9-10 November 2024)*
*Juara 3 double open: Mulya Excel Fadhil Aldebaran & Fadhil Darmawan.*
Kejuaraan Tingkat Provinsi GWP Petanque Open Pelajar SD se-Jawa Tengah (16-17 November 2024)
*Juara 1 single putri: Kendria Gemala Sheanindya.*
*Juara 1 double open: Kendria Gemala Sheanindya & Fadlan Tommy Setiawan.*
Kasie Olahraga Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda, dan Olahraga Jepara, Wahyu Hidayat, S.Pd., turut mengawal jalannya perlombaan dan memberikan dukungan penuh kepada para atlet. Ia mengungkapkan,
“Keberhasilan ini tidak lepas dari semangat juang para atlet, dukungan pelatih, serta sinergi berbagai pihak yang terus mendorong pengembangan petanque di Kabupaten Jepara.”
Ke depan, Agus Sutisna berharap agar para atlet FOPI Jepara terus berlatih dan meningkatkan kemampuan mereka untuk meraih prestasi di tingkat nasional maupun internasional.
“Kami akan terus memberikan fasilitas dan dukungan untuk pembinaan atlet agar prestasi ini dapat terus berlanjut,” tutupnya.
