PONTIANAK – WARTA JAVAINDO, Nasib tenaga kerja yang bekerja di sektor non formal dan formal di Indonesia masih sangat memprihatin. Hal ini dibuktikan masih banyak pekerja yang mengalami kesulitan Ketika terjadi resiko kerja, terutama kecelakaan kerja. Pemerintah dan Perusahaan masih kurang berperan aktif untuk memastikan kesejahteraan pekerja, terutama korban kecelakaan kerja. Padahal, tenaga kerja merupakan motor penggerak roda ekonomi sekaligus roda Pemerintahan.
Kurang perhatian Pemerintah terutama yang berkaitan dengan bidang dalam men-suppoart kesejahteraan pekerja.
Kejadian kecelakaan kerja yang di alami oleh Muhammad Fauzi, yang sudah berjuang bertahun-tahun, sampai pada akhirnya diselesaikan oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kalimantan Barat.
“Saya Muhammad Fauzi, banyak mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kalimantan Barat, atas segala usaha untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan saya, sampai terbit surat rekomendasi dari Gubernur Kalimantan Barat”, ucap Muhammad Fauzi, melalui kuasa nya, Budi Gautama.
Namun surat rekomendasi dari Gubernur Kalimantan Barat nomor: 500.15.20.4/555/NAKERTRAN D, tanggal 03 Juli tahun 2024, tentang REKOMENDASI SANSKI ADMINISTRASI TIDAK MENDAPATKAN PELAYANAN PUBLIK TERTENTU BAGI PT. INDO MULYA tersebut tidak tidak efektif. Sebab, sampai saat ini PT. INDO MULYA tidak memenuhi kewajiban terhadap pekerja yang kedua kakinya sudah di amputasi.
“Apakah pihak pelayanan publik mengaggap rekomendasi itu bukan suatu kewajiban, sehingga efek terhadap PT. INDO MULYA tidak ada. Sebab, jika PT. INDO MULYA tidak dilakukan pelayanan pubik selama sekita 3 bulan ini, tentu operasinal PT. INDO MULYA , terutama terkait sanski yang telah di terbitkan oleh Gubernur Kalimantan Barat, maka PT. INDO MULYA akan merasa terganggu dan merasa rugi, sehingga akan segera di selesaikan kewajiban sebagaimana tertuang dalam penetapan besaran manfaat jaminan kecelakaan kerja oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan transmigrasi Kalimantan Barat”, tutur Budi Gautama selaku kuasa korban.
Lebih lanjut, kuasa korban menjelaskan bahwa saat ini, pihak korban telah melaporkan pihak PT. INDO MULYA kepada POLDA Kalimantan Barat, Kamis 10 Oktober 2024. Kami berharap Pihak kepolisian segera memproses laporan kami, agar klien kami segara mendapatkan keadilan sebagaimana yang diatur oleh peraturan yang berlaku.
“Kami mohon keadilan atas peristiwa yang klien kami alami, dan kami juga meminta kepada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Provinsi Jawa Timur dan Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Jawa Timur agar melaksanakan surat rekomendasi dari Gubernur Kalimantan Baratnomor 500.15.20.4/555/NAKERTRAN D, tanggal 03 Juli tahun 2024 agar ada melaksanakan rekomendasi Gubernur tersebut, supaya ada efek jera bagi PT. INDO MULYA. Tutup Budi Gautama.
