Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Terorisme Republik Indonesia (BNPT RI) senada dan mendukung apa yang dilakukan Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Jepara untuk memberikan bantuan sepeda motor kepada istri terduga teroris, beberapa waktu lalu.
Hal ini disampaikan Kasubdit Pemberdayaan Masyarakat BNPT RI Kolonel Czi Rahmat Suhendro, saat berkunjung ke Pendopo R.A Kartini Jepara Kamis (24/2/2022) siang. Menurut BNPT, ini merupakan gerakan deradikalisasi pemerintah daerah untuk menetralisir pemikiran seseorang dari faham radikalisme.
Disampaikan Rahmat, pemerintah daerah berkewajiban merangkul seluruh elemen bangsa tanpa kecuali istri terduga teroris agar tidak terpapar oleh kelompok teroris lagi. Langkah Pemkab Jepara berupa bantuan sepeda motor secara tidak langsung untuk membantu kelancaran ekonomi istri terduga teroris sudah tepat.
“Saya senada dengan pemkab Jepara dalam agenda deradikalisasi. Jadi memang suatu kewajiban pemerintah daerah untuk membantu istri terduga teroris agar tidak terpapar oleh kelompok teroris lagi,” kata Rahmat.
Tidak ada yang salah dengan apa yang dilakukan. Ini merupakan kewajiban pemerintah untuk memperhatikan keluarganya, agar tidak terpapar kelompok teroris lain serta bisa kembali kepada norma induknya.
“Seharusnya masyarakat tidak menjustice (menilai), bahwa mereka (keluarganya) juga ikut salah. Kemungkinan, istri dan anaknya tidak tahu apa yang dilakukan suaminya di luar,” katanya.
Bagaimana dengan persepsi masyarakat yang salah mengerti seolah-olah Bupati lebih peduli dengan istri terduga teroris daripada masyarakat miskin?
Kolonel Rahmat mengatakan, masyarakat harus diberi edukasi bahwasanya keluarga terduga atau mantan teroris harus menjadi perhatian pemerintah daerah, bukan hanya masyarakat biasa saja.
Sebelumnya, Bupati Jepara Dian Kristiandi memberikan bantuan sepeda motor kepada istri terduga teroris, Selasa (15/2/2022). Pada saat pemberian bantuan secara simbolik di ruang kerjanya, Dian Kristiandi mengatakan, bantuan sepeda motor tersebut untuk membantu agar bisa melakukan aktivitas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kesehariannya. Bupati menegaskan bahwa bantuan tersebut murni masalah kemanusiaan.
“Tidak ada maksud lain kecuali membantu agar dia bisa beraktivitas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kesehariannya,” kata dia.
