BLORA – Bupati Blora Arief Rohman melantik empat Pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Blora, Rabu (24/6/2026). Pelantikan tersebut menjadi bagian dari upaya memperkuat kapasitas kelembagaan, meningkatkan tata kelola pemerintahan, serta mendorong pelayanan publik yang lebih berkualitas.
Hadir dalam pelantikan tersebut Wakil Bupati Blora Hj. Sri Setyorini, Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Blora Mustopa, Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Blora Komang Gede Irawadi, serta seluruh kepala organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Blora.
Empat pejabat yang dilantik yakni Nidzamudin Al Hudda, ST sebagai Kepala Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) Kabupaten Blora; Puji Ariyanto, S.Hut., M.Eng sebagai Kepala Dinas Perumahan, Permukiman dan Perhubungan; Widodo, S.Pd., M.Pd sebagai Kepala Pelaksana Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD); serta Agus Listiyono, S.Sos., M.Si sebagai Sekretaris DPRD Kabupaten Blora.
Bupati Arief Rohman mengatakan, pelantikan tersebut merupakan hasil akhir dari rangkaian seleksi terbuka yang telah dilaksanakan sejak April 2026. Seluruh tahapan seleksi, kata dia, dilakukan sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan dengan mengedepankan prinsip sistem merit.
“Seluruh tahapan seleksi telah dilaksanakan dengan mempertimbangkan kompetensi, kualifikasi, integritas, rekam jejak, serta kebutuhan organisasi,” ujarnya.
Menurut Bupati Arief, jabatan pimpinan tinggi pratama bukan hanya sebuah posisi struktural, tetapi merupakan amanah besar yang harus dijalankan dengan penuh tanggung jawab.
“Jabatan yang saudara emban hari ini bukanlah sekadar simbol kedudukan ataupun penghargaan semata, tetapi merupakan amanah dan tanggung jawab yang besar,” katanya.
Kepada Kepala DPUPR Nidzamudin Al Hudda, Bupati meminta agar pembangunan infrastruktur daerah terus menjadi perhatian utama. Ia berharap DPUPR mampu menjaga kemantapan jalan dan jembatan, meningkatkan pengelolaan sumber daya air, serta memastikan penataan ruang berjalan tertib, berkelanjutan, dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah.
“Infrastruktur merupakan program prioritas. tolong untuk terus berkomunikasi dengan pemerintah provinsi dan pusat, karena harapan masyarakat sangat luar biasa”, tegasnya.
Sementara kepada Kepala Dinas Perumahan, Permukiman dan Perhubungan Puji Ariyanto, Arief meminta agar mampu mendorong terwujudnya kawasan permukiman yang layak huni, sehat, dan berkualitas. Selain itu, pelayanan di bidang perhubungan juga harus terus ditingkatkan melalui penyediaan sarana dan prasarana transportasi yang aman serta tertib.
Untuk Kepala Pelaksana BPBD Widodo, Bupati menekankan pentingnya memperkuat kesiapsiagaan daerah dalam menghadapi berbagai potensi bencana. Koordinasi dan sinergi dengan seluruh pemangku kepentingan perlu ditingkatkan agar penanganan bencana dapat dilakukan secara cepat, tepat, dan efektif.
Sedangkan kepada Sekretaris DPRD Agus Listiyono, Bupati berharap dapat memberikan dukungan administratif, keuangan, dan fasilitasi yang optimal kepada DPRD Kabupaten Blora, sekaligus membangun komunikasi yang harmonis antara lembaga legislatif dan eksekutif.
Bupati Arief menegaskan, para pejabat pimpinan tinggi pratama memiliki peran strategis dalam menentukan keberhasilan program pembangunan daerah. Karena itu, ia meminta pejabat yang dilantik mampu menjadi pemimpin yang memberi teladan, membangun budaya kerja positif, mendorong inovasi, serta memperkuat kolaborasi di lingkungan masing-masing.
“Jangan terjebak pada pola kerja rutinitas semata, tetapi hadirkan terobosan dan inovasi yang mampu memberikan manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat,” ujarnya.
