Tangerang Selatan – Wakil Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Wakil Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional (Wamen ATR/Waka BPN), Ossy Dermawan, menjadi _keynote speaker_ dalam Banten Investment Forum 2026, di Kota Tangerang Selatan pada Jumat (09/10/2026). “Pertanahan dan tata ruang memiliki peran penting sebagai bagian dari infrastruktur dasar perekonomian. Kepastian hak atas tanah mendukung transaksi dan pembiayaan, tata ruang memberikan arah pemanfaatan wilayah, sementara pelayanan yang efisien membantu memperlancar kegiatan investasi,” ujar Wamen Ossy di hadapan peserta forum yang berasal dari sejumlah lembaga pemerintah, pelaku dunia usaha, lembaga keuangan, dan investor.
Provinsi Banten sendiri memiliki potensi investasi yang didukung dengan keunggulan geografis, kawasan industri yang berkembang, serta infrastruktur transportasi dan logistik. Untuk mendukung potensi tersebut, Kantor Wilayah (Kanwil) BPN Provinsi Banten turut berkontribusi melalui pelayanan pertanahan.
Wamen Ossy mengungkapkan, berdasarkan data Kanwil BPN Provinsi Banten, saat ini sudah ada sekitar 3,75 juta bidang tanah di Banten yang telah bersertipikat.
“Selain itu, hingga awal Oktober 2026, Hak Tanggungan yang didaftarkan di Banten mencapai Rp58,87 triliun, PNBP layanan pertanahan di Banten juga mencapai Rp225,2 miliar dan BPHTB sebesar Rp1,35 triliun,Ini menunjukkan pelayanan pertanahan turut berkontribusi terhadap penerimaan negara sekaligus memperkuat Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) untuk mendukung pembangunan dan pelayanan publik di Banten,” jelasnya.
Untuk meningkatkan iklim investasi di Banten, Pemerintah Provinsi Banten, Kanwil BPN Provinsi Banten, serta Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Banten telah melakukan penandatanganan komitmen bersama terkait investasi. Ketiga pihak pionir, yakni Gubernur Banten, Andra Soni; Kepala Kanwil BPN Provinsi Banten, Harison Mocodompis; dan Kepala Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Banten, Sofwan Kurnia, juga hadir mengikuti forum yang berlangsung tahun ini dengan tema .
“Mengoptimalkan Potensi Penyangga Megapolitan melalui Investasi Berkualitas dan Penguatan Ekosistem UMKM untuk Mendorong Daya Saing Banten”.
Menanggapi komitmen tersebut, Wamen Ossy berharap kerja sama lintas instansi itu dapat berfokus pada tiga agenda, yaitu kepastian tata ruang dan penguatan iklim investasi, integrasi data dan optimalisasi pendapatan daerah, serta transformasi pelayanan dan penguatan kepercayaan publik.
