SEKADAU – WARTA JAVAINDO, Polda Kalbar – Kapolda Kalimantan Barat, Irjen Pol Pipit Rismanto, didampingi Wakapolda Brigjen Pol Roma Hutajulu, melakukan kunjungan kerja ke Polres Sekadau pada Rabu (4/12/2024.
Kunjungan kerja ini sekaligus menjadi momen untuk memberikan apresiasi kepada jajaran Polres Sekadau yang berhasil menjaga keamanan selama pelaksanaan Pilkada serentak 2024.
“Ini kunjungan kedua saya di Sekadau, tetapi baru kali ini saya sempat datang langsung ke Polres untuk menyampaikan apresiasi secara langsung,” ujar Kapolda kepada media setelah memberikan arahan kepada personel Polres Sekadau.
Kapolda menyampaikan penghargaan atas kerja keras semua pihak, terutama jajaran Polres Sekadau yang telah bersinergi dengan TNI dan stakeholders lainnya. Menurutnya, upaya yang maksimal telah menciptakan situasi Pilkada yang aman dan damai di Kabupaten Sekadau, yang dikenal dengan Bumi Lawang Kuari.
“Saya mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Kapolres Sekadau dan seluruh personel. Keberhasilan ini adalah wujud kerja keras bersama untuk menjaga kondusifitas selama tahapan Pilkada,” katanya.
Kapolda juga berharap hasil Pilkada serentak ini dapat memberikan pemimpin terbaik bagi Kabupaten Sekadau untuk lima tahun mendatang.
“Semoga pemimpin yang terpilih nantinya dapat membawa kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat Sekadau,” tutup Kapolda.
