Mesin Anjungan Dukcapil Mandiri (ADM), Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kabupaten Jepara sudah siap beroperasi di 16 kecamatan di Kabupaten Jepara. Mesin ADM ini, akan sangat memudahkan masyarakat dalam pencetakan dokumen kependudukan secara mandiri.
Mesin Anjungan Dukcapil Mandiri (ADM) di 16 kecamatan telah diluncurkan oleh Bupati Jepara Dian Kristiandi, pada Rabu (19/1/2022), di Kecamatan Nalumsari. Kemudian dilanjutkan di seluruh kecamatan termasuk Karimunjawa.
Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut, Asisten I Sekda Jepara Dwi Riyanto, Kepala Diskominfo Arif Darmawan, Kepala DLH Farikhah Elida, Kepala Dinkes Mudrikatun, Kepala Satpol PP Abdul Syukur, Kepala Dishub Trisno Santoso, Kepala Disparbud Zamroni Lestiaza dan para camat se Kabupaten Jepara.
Bupati Jepara Dian Kristiandi mengatakan, ADM ini merupakan komitmen pemerintah untuk memberikan pelayanan yang cepat mengenai administrasi kependudukan. Cukup 2 menit saja, masyarakat sudah dapat memiliki dokumen kependukan yang diharapkan.
“Sebelumnya sudah terpasang 1 unit ADM di Mall Pelayanan Publik (MPP), kemudian dilanjutkan hari ini di 16 kecamatan di Kabupaten Jepara,” kata Andi.
Disampaikan Andi, ADM ini untuk mempercepat proses percetakan dokumen administrasi kependudukan. Mereka tidak perlu repot lagi untuk antre lama untuk mendapatkan kartu kependudukan di Kantor Disdukcapil Jepara. Cukup mereka mendaftar secara online di https ://pelayanan.disdukcapil.jepara.go.id dengan menyertakan nomor hp (whatsapp) dan email aktif. Kemudian mencetak langsung di kecamatan masing-masing.
“Tidak butuh waktu lama, cukup 2 menit saja masyarakat sudah bisa mendapat kartu kependudukan,” kata dia.
Andi berharap kepada para Camat dan Petinggi Desa untuk ikut mensosialisasikan kepada masyarakat di wilayah masing-masing. Manfaatkan dengan sebaik-baiknya fasilitas yang diberikan oleh pemerintah. Andi berharap pelayanan khususnya dokumen kependudukan di Jepara akan lebih cepat.
“Sekarang tidak usah pakai calo-caloan, cukup daftar sendiri lewat online dan cetak di kecamatan,” kata Andi.
Mesin ADM ini bisa melayani penyetakan Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), Kartu Keluarga (KK), Akte Kelahiran, Kartu Kematian, juga Kartu Identias Anak (KIA).
Dalam peluncuran ADM, juga dilakukan uji coba secara langsung pencetakan KTP baru oleh siswa yang masuk usia 17 tahun yaitu Amanda Putri Tarwiyani warga Desa RT 5 RW Desa Gemiring Kidul, Kecamatan Nalusamri dan Nabil Nahwa Wahdah warga RT 2 RW 2 Desa Bendanpete Kecamatan Nalumsari.
