Jakarta, 24 Juni 2026 – Wakil Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Wakil Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN), Ossy Darmawan, menyerahkan Sertipikat Hak Pakai atas nama Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta kepada Gubernur Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Pramono Anung, yang berlangsung di Balai Agung, Balaikota Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Rabu (24/06/2026).
Kegiatan tersebut merupakan bagian dari upaya percepatan penataan dan pengamanan aset milik Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta melalui sertifikasi tanah guna memberikan kepastian hukum atas aset-aset daerah yang digunakan untuk mendukung pelayanan publik dan pembangunan daerah.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, diserahkan sebanyak 499 Sertipikat Hak Pakai atas nama Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Dari jumlah tersebut, Kantor Pertanahan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan berkontribusi sebanyak 229 sertipikat, atau hampir setengah dari total sertipikat yang diserahkan.
