Polres Wonosobo ungkap kasus penipuan dengan madus investasi forex trading hingga terindentifikasi 45 orang korban dirugikan hingga ratusan juta akibat tergiur iming – iming hasil investasi yang dilakukan seorang Pria asal Dusun Plintaran Desa Tlogo Kecamatan Sukoharjo.

 

Kapolres Wonosobo AKBP Ganang Nugroho Widhi, S.I.K., M.T., menjelaskan tindak kejahatan penipuan yang dilakukan tersangka dengan cara mendatangi korban dengan menawarkan Investasi forex trading.

 

Lebih lanjut, tersangka menjanjikan hasil keuntungan kepada korban Rp. 1.250.000 per bulan dengan modal awal senilai Rp. 11.700.000, namun selama ini tidak terbukti adanya hasil apapun dari investasi tersebut seperti yang dijanjikan tersangka. Hal ini membuat para korban merasa tertipu dan akhirnya mereka melaporkan kasus ini ke Polres Wonosobo.

 

“Setelah Polres Wonosobo melakukan tindak lanjut dari laporan para korban, Alhamdulillah bisa mengungkap kasus ini serta telah terdata 45 orang yang teridentifikasi sebagai korban penipuan yang dirugikan hingga ratusan juta rupiah,” ungkap Kapolres, Selasa (24/8).

 

Adanya Kasus ini, Kapolres berharap kepada masyarakat apabila ada yang merasa pernah bekerjasama dengan tersangka dan selama ini belum mendapat keuntungan sesuai janjinya maka segera melaporkan ke Polres Wonosobo dan akan langsung ditindak lanjut.

 

“Hasil dari penyidikan, tersangka bekerja sendiri dan tidak punya tim, namun hal ini akan terus dilakukan untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut. Saat ini tersangka sudah kami amankan dengan beberapa barang bukti diantaranya 1 buah TV, Mobil Honda Jazz, buku tabungan, 1 buah Hp merk OPPO Reno 4, sepasang salon aktif dan lain-lain. Tersangka terjerat Tindak pidana Penipuan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 378 KUHPidana dengan ancaman hukuman 4 tahun penjara,” tandas AKBP Ganang,” terang AKBP Ganang.

 

Sementara itu tersangka tindak pidana penipuan mengungkapkan, pekerjaan yang dilakukan sudah berjalan 9 bulan. Untuk meyakinkan korban, ia mengiming imingi korban dengan janji hasil 1.250.000 per bulan dengan catatan harus setor 11.700.000.

 

“Saya melakukan forex trading sudah berjalan 3 tahun dan mengajak kerjasama dengan orang-orang baru berjalan 9 bulan. Yang ikut pertama ada 5 orang hingga bertambah menjadi 45 orang, semuanya orang Wonosobo,” ucap HK. (tim media) Editor Raja.
