Kepada awak media wartajavaindo.com Ipda M.Andi R, ST,. M.H membenarkan adanya pelaporan dugaan ujaran kebencian yang diarahkan kepada ketua Umum PBNU Yahya Cholil Staquf (Gus Yahya), Laporan dari LBH GP Ansor beserta jajaran pengurus diterima di Unit III PIDKOR Polres Jepara Jumat siang.
” saya menerima laporan terkait ujaran kebencian yang diduga dilakukan oleh FA melalui akun twitter di Unit III PIDKOR Jumat siang,” kata Andi.
LBH GP Ansor Muhammad Nurul Hidayat, S.H menyampaikan bahwa FA diduga telah membuat keresahan dikarenakan ujaran kebencian tertuju kepada ketua Umum PBNU Yahya Cholil Staquf (Gus Yahya).
” Kami selaku kuasa hukum GP Ansor akan mengawal pelaporan ini sampai tuntas yakni sampai ada klarifikasi dari pelaku dan meminta maaf atas tindakan melawan hukum terkait ujaran kebencian yang dilakukan melalui akun twitternya.” ujar Hidayat.
Hidayat menambahkan apabila FA tidak bersedia mengklarifikasi dan minta maaf maka ia harus menerima konsekwensi hukum, bisa juga berujung kepada penangkapan. Menurut Hidayat ujaran kebenciannya mengarah kepada pelanggaran ITE sebab dalam aksinya ia menggunakan akun twitter.
Ketua GP Ansor Ainul Mahfud hal ini bisa menjadi edukasi kepada masyarakat agar tidak sembarangan membuat komentar yang mengakibatkan orang lain merasa dirugikan dalam hal nama baik. Komentar FA telah dirasa meresahkan masyarakar sebab mengandung ujaran kebencian, provokatif dan beresiko adu domba antar golongan.
