Pemerintahan Kabupaten Jepara melalui Pemerintahan Kecamatan Pakisaji mengadakan sosialisasi Pemilihan Kepala Desa (Pilkades) serentak di Kecamatan Pakisaji
Tahun 2022, di Pendopo Kecamatan Pakisaji, Kamis, 27 Oktober 2022. Hadir dalam Acara tersebut PMD Kabupaten Jepara, Camat,
Kapolsek,Koramil, Kades,BPD,Panitia se-Kecamatan Pakisaji.(27/10/2022).
Camat Pakisaji Arif Budiyanto , S H, NIP, memaparkan terhadap para peserta sosialisasi khususnya Kades, Sekdes,Panitia dan BPD, mengenai berbagai regulasi terkait dengan Pilkades serentak, yang akan dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Pakisaji yang meliputi Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014, tentang Desa disebutkan bahwa masa jabatan Kades adalah 6 tahun terhitung sejak tanggal pelantikan, selanjutnya pengisian jabatan Kepala Desa. Di laksanakan melalui proses pemilihan Kades secara serentak bergelombang dengan mempertimbangkan.
1. Pengelompokan waktu berakhirnya masa jabatan Kepala Desa, 2. Kemampuan Keuangan Daerah, 3. Ketersediaan PNS diKecamatan Pakisaji yang memenuhi persyaratan sebagai Penjabat Kades,
tahapan tersebut diantaranya terdiri dari tahapan persiapan, pendaftaran pemilih, pencalonan, pemungutan suara dan penetapan, tahapan tersebut diharapkan bisa dilaksanakan dengan tertib dan lancar, sehingga proses pemilihan Kades dapat terselenggara secara demokratis dan menghasilkan Kades terpilih sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat.
Pelaksanaan tahapan pilpet Desa Tanjung sudah tanggal 25 Juli 2022 dengan pembentukan panitia pemilihan petinggi Desa Tanjung yang sekarang diketahui oleh, Aris Subaita , Spd.
Di samping itu juga bersama telah dibentuk tim pemantau yang anggotanya ada unsur forkopincam, kecamatan dan semua anggota BPD selain yang masuk panwas serta panwas yang terdiri dari Kecamatan/Kas trantib, Koramil/Babinsa, Polsek/ Babinkamtibmas, BPD.
Panitia pilpet juga membentuk panitia teknis yang terdiri dari pantarlih dan KPPS.
Dari Panitia tersebut diatas saya meminta dalam melaksanakan tugasnya harus mempunyai integritas yang tinggi, jujur, adil, tegas, mandiri dan tidak memihak. Hal ini tentunya supaya dalam pelaksanaan pilpet nanti dapat berjalan dengan baik, lancar dan kondusif.
Sesuai jadwal tahapan pilpet serentak di Kabupaten Jepara Tahun 2022 beberapa tahapan sudah laksanakan antara lain.
Pendaftaran, penelitian berkas pendaftaran balon, pengumuman hasil penelitian, penetapan balon menjadi calon dan pengundian nomor urut dan dilanjutkan ikrar damai.

Pendaftaran dan penyusunan DPT, penyusunan DPtam, penetapan DPT, yang semua juga sepengetahuan kedua calon 5.024, pemilih dibagi dalam 11 TPS.
Kegiatan sosialisasi calon kepala masyarakat/warga Desa Tanjung ini telah dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik, saya ucapkan banyak terimakasih kepada semua panitia terlebih kepada calon petinggi yang telah mengikuti semua arahan dari panitia.
Adapun tahapan selanjutnya yang kita perlu persiapkan antara lain. Pengadaan pada gambar , surat suara dan surat undangan serta surat penghitungan suara / papan Plano ( 23 Okt – 3 Nopember 2022)
Penyampaian undangan kepada pemilih ( 5 – 9 Nopember 2022).
Kampanye selama 3 hari sebelum masa tenang, tanggal 10 – 12 Nopember 2022.
Pada masa kampanye para calon boleh memasang tanda gambar yang berisi kampanye/ajakan yang bersifat positif, tidak boleh saling menjatuhkan. Hari pertama diisi dengan penyampaian Visi dan Misi, untuk itu saya ingatkan agar calon membuat Visi dan Misi secara tertulis yang disampaikan kepada panitia. Desa dan BPD, karena itu merupakan cikal bakal dalam penyusunan RP JMDes.
Sementara Kapolsek Pakisaji Iptu Budiyanto, mengatakan bahwa Pilkades merupakan momentum untuk memperkuat partisipasi masyarakat dan konsolidasi demokrasi, sebab masyarakat mempunyai peranan penting dalam menentukan arah kebijakan Pemerintah Desa sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat. Kades sebagai pimpinan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa diharapkan menjadi figur yang peka terhadap segala sesuatu yang terjadi dimasyarakat untuk mewujudkan tatanan kehidupan yang adil makmur sejahtera lahir dan batin.
Masih menurut beliau, Pilkades juga merupakan sarana pemersatu masyarakat bukan untuk memecah belah, masyarakat sebagai subyek untuk menentukan figur pemimpin didesa dan bukan obyek yang mudah dipengaruhi, karena masyarakat punya akal pikiran dan hati nurani jangan sampai mudah dipengaruhi dengan politik uang atau sesuatu yang sifatnya sementara, sedangkan Kades terpilih nantinya akan memimpin penyelenggaraan Pemdes selama 6 tahun kedepan.
Pilkades juga merupakan sarana pendidikan politik masyarakat, dalam arti yang sempit, pendidikan politik dapat diartikan sebagai usaha sadar untuk mengubah proses sosialisasi politik masyarakat sehingga mereka memahami dan menghayati nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam suatu sistem politik ideal yang hendak dibangun, sedangkan dalam arti yang luas pendidikan politik diarahkan untuk menyadarkan masyarakat akan hak dan kewajibannya sebagai warga negara untuk ikut menentukan arah kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara dalam ikatan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
