WONOGIRI -WARTA JAVAINDO, Sebanyak 4.243 butir obat daftar G berhasil diamankan Polres Wonogiri. Obat keras dan berbahaya tersebut disita dari tangan seorang laki-laki berinisial RPR alias Kicot (32) warga Kelurahan Wuryorejo Kabupaten Wonogiri.
Kapolres Wonogiri AKBP Jarot Sungkowo, S.H., S.I.K., melalui Kasi Humas AKP Anom Prabowo, S.H., M.H., mengatakan bahwasanya seorang laki-laki tersebut di tangkap karena kedapatan memiliki 4.243 butir obat daftar G.
“Benar kami amankan seorang laki-laki mereka tidak ada izin edar atau mengelola praktik kefarmasian,” ujarnya saat dikonfirmasi pada, Sabtu (9/11/2024).
AKP Anom mengatakan pihaknya awalnya mengamankan pelaku RPR alias Kicot di daerah Brumbung Kecamatan Selogiri, Jumat siang (8/11/2024). Dia menuturkan kasus ini terungkap dari laporan warga sekitar lokasi.
“Kami dapat laporan dari warga yang curiga kalau wilayah tersebut sering digunakan untuk transaksi narkoba. Setelah kami lidik, kami amankan RPR dengan barang bukti obat,” terangnya.
Mendapati laporan masyarakat tersebut, kemudian tim melakukan penyelidikan dan pada hari Jumat (8/11/2024) sekitar pukul 14.30 Wib tim melihat adanya seorang pemuda yang berhenti di pinggir jalan, karena curiga tim kemudian mendekati dan melakukan pemeriksaan serta interogasi kepada pemuda tersebut.
Dari hasil pemeriksaan tersebut dari tangan pelaku ditemukan sebanyak 4 botol berisi obat daftar G berwarna putih dengan logo huruf Y yang berjumlah 4.243 butir.
Berdasarkan interogasi, pelaku mengakui obat-obatan tersebut adalah miliknya yang ia dapat melalui pemesanan secara online.
Saat ini pelaku beserta barang bukti telah diamankan di Polres Wonogiri guna dilakukan proses hukum.
AKP Anom menambahkan bahwa pelaku diancam Pasal 435 dan 436 Undang-undang Kesehatan RI, dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 12 tahun penjara atau denda maksimal Rp 5 miliar.
