SEMARANG, WARTAJAVAINDO – Hari ini Minggu 06-7-25 merupakan hari yang kesekian pada kesempatan ini Sebagai Ketua YLKAI Yayasan Lembaga Konsumen Akhir Indonesia/YLKAI sekaligus ketua Feradi WPI Advokat dan Paralegal DPC Kota Semarang menyampaikan Keprihatinannya,yang pertama sangat menyayangkan sikap dari Pihak menajemen yang lambat dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan Konsumen.
mengevaluasi pengembang dalam hal ini PT Pancanaka/Green Semesta yang ada di jalan wates Ngaliyan atas berita serta komunikasi tertanggal 26Juni25, tersebut saya tujukan kepada pihaknya untuk mendapatkan respon tindak lanjutnya dan sampai sejauh ini tampaknya pihak pengembang belum ada greget untuk merespon
Ya tidak apa apa, waktu yang akan berbicara dan waktu akan terus bergulir, ya monggo kiranya pengembang sudah tidak punya rasa malu, atau mungkin masih sibuk ngotak atik data. Lah malah kemarin itu pihaknya sempat menyebut nama Yanuar yang katanya ada surat dari yang bersangkutan isinya bahwa yang tanggung jawab melunasi itu diri Yanuar
Ya mohon maaf saja ini rekayasa apalagi, ini justru saya menyebutnya sebagai bentuk kecerobohan, ini namanya tidak gentle, kalau menggunakan pola kerja manajemen yang baik ya tidak seperti itulah, kan Pancanaka ini gaungnya sudah menggelegar, sudah Seattle, ya manajemen harus berani nata’i dong, apalagi yang bersangkutan istilahnya sudah di KO, lebih lebih yang bersangkutan sudah berstatus DPO kok dimintai fatwa, itu kan dagelan. Kalau yang bersangkutan sudah niat dijadikan DPO ya secara otomatis semua urusannya menjadi tanggung jawab manajemen, itu secara otomatis seperti itu.
Sukindar yang juga Wakil Ketua GJL Gerakan Jalan Lurus dan GAMAT-RI Gerakan Anti Mafia Tanah Republik Indonesia Kota Semarang menambahkan,Saya kira ini kok pengembang lupa, lupa saya kira bahwa di depannya ada tanggung jawab moral yang tidak bisa seenaknya disepelekan, lha kita ini kan hidup ditengah-tengah masyakat, ga bisa mentang mentang perusahaan lalu melulu hanya berpikir untung, untung dan untung, gak bisa, dikira kalau datanya sudah diotak atik sedemikian rupa rapi akan menjamin kemapanannya.

Semoga Yang Maha Kuasa bisa mengabulkan uang saya bisa kembali. Saya tegaskan bahwa yang kita tuntut ini adalah soal tanggungjawab moral, sekali lagi nggih adalah soal tanggungjawab moral, apalagi menyangkut soal rakyat kecil, ya janganlah seperti itu, sakke, rakyat kecil kalau diperdaya nanti bisa malati lho, sudahlah, diikhlaskan saja itung itung pengembang sodakoh untuk rakyat kecil, kalau pengembang sudah berpikir seperti itu maka semuanya jadi enak, pengembang pun ya bisa nyenyak tidurnya, dengan begitu maka yang sesungguh- sungguhnya aset miliknya sama sekali tidak ada yang yang berkurang, sedikipun loh, tidak berkurang, itu kalau dimaknai karono niat sodakoh, bisa jadi malah bahkan sebaliknya kalau itu dilakukan dengan ikhlas lho ya. Bisa berkah dan maju kalau hak konsumen diutamakan.tutupnya.
Sukindar menambahkan “Mbok ya sudah yang ikhlas wong ya cuma uang tidak seberapa bagi pengembang, dilain pihak itu adalah benar benar hak bagi klien kami dan amat amat sangat berarti, masak ya tega uang rakyat kecil mau gelapkan apapun alasannya, yang katanya uang dibawa kabur seseorang yang disebut berinisial “Y”, wong nyatanya dia itu sendiri kan ya orang dalam juga, orang pegawai PT Pancanaka Green Semesta yang berada di jalan Wates Ngaliyan Semarang, ini namanya dagelan yang tidak lucu, sekali lagi nggih bahwa bagi rakyat kecil nilai uang segitu boleh jadi amat sangat sangat berarti. Jadi saya tekankan lagi supaya uang yang menjadi haknya konsumen klien kami ini senilai 35juta yo ndang dikembalikan, itu saja lah, gak usah lah dikukuh kukuhi kalau memang bukan hak, malu maluin, yo gen ndang selesai masalahnya, yo gen tidak berkepanjangan, ini sama sekali bukan soal kalah dan menang, tapi semata mata soal tanggungjawab moral, ya tidak lain soal kepedulian pengembang terhadap konsumennya, tegas Sukindar.
