Beberapa Warga Desa Kandangrejo Kecamatan Klambu Tolak Sita Eksekusi Tanah Sengketa

GROBOGAN – Pengadilan Negeri Kabupaten Grobogan melaksanakan Sita Eksekusi terhadap sebidang tanah (sawah) yang disengketakan di Desa Kandangrejo Kecamatan Klambu Kabupaten Grobogan pada hari Jum’at (17-10-2025).
Pelaksanaan Sita Eksekusi tersebut berdasarkan Surat Pengadilan Negeri Purwodadi Grobogan Nomor 6/Pdt.Eks/2025/PN.Pwd; Jo.No.20/Pdt.G/2022/PN ped; Jo.No.453/PTD/2022/PT.SMG; Jo.No.16 K/PDT/2024; Jo.No.258 PK/Pdt/2025; tanggal 13 Oktober 2025, Tantang RELAS PEMBERITAHUAN SITA EKSEKUSI.
Pengadilan Negeri Purwodadi Grobogan tersebut melaksanakan Sita Eksekusi sebidang tanah sawah di Desa Kandangrejo Kecamatan Klambu Kabupaten Grobogan atas permohonan dari OKTA ISNI ABDULRAHMAN yang memberikan kuasa kepada YUNITA RATNA TRIASTUTI, SH.,MH pada tanggal 22 September 2023.
Sedangkan sebagai lawan atau termohon Sita Eksekusi adalah SUTIKNO Bin SUHARNO, dkk Desa Kandangrejo Kecamatan Klambu Kabupaten Grobogan atas sebidang tanah SHM No.389, Luas 9.190 M², atas nama SUHARTO yang terletak di Desa Kandangrejo Kecamatan Klambu Kabupaten Grobogan dengan batas-batas tanah :
– Sebelah Utara : Lurung,
– Sebelah Timur : Tanah Sukimin,
-Sebelah Selatan : Tanah Rasmi, Suharto, Sukimin dan Wakimin
– Sebelah Barat : Tanah Sardi dan Sukini.
Pantauan awak media di lokasi, bahwa pelaksanaan Sita Eksekusi tersebut mengalami penolakan dari Pemilik dan beberapa warga Desa Kandangrejo Kecamatan Klambu Kabupaten Grobogan.
Menurut penuturan seorang wanita (istri Sutikno – Red) bahwa tanah sawah tersebut sudah dibeli oleh Sutikno (suaminya) dari penjual bernama Siti Wakidah Ny Suharto (almh) pada tahun 2008, dan juga diketahui serta ditandatangani oleh pihak Pemerintah Desa (Kepala Desa Kandangrejo Kecamatan Klambu Kabupaten Grobogan) dengan bermeterai cukup, serta ada tanda tangan saksi dari Sekretaris Desa nya.
“Sawah ini saya beli dengan hasil keringat sendiri, ada zegel jual belinya dan ada tanda tangan Kepala Desa serta saksi”, tegas istri Sutikno.
Sementara itu, Sutikno mengatakan bahwa tanah tersebut memang belum di pecahkan atau balik nama sertipikat nya, karena terbentur biayanya.
“Memang belum dibalik nama sertipikat nya, karena ada pembeli lain selain saya. Balik nama itu kan harus ditanggung bersama sama biayanya”, jelas Sutikno.
Terpisah, Kepala Desa Kandangrejo Kecamatan Klambu Kabupaten Grobogan berharap agar perkara ini dapat diselesaikan secara baik dan bijak.
“Semoga pelaksanaan Sita eksekusi ini berjalan dengan baik tanpa ada kekerasan”, pinta Kepala Desa.
