BALIKPAPAN, WARTAJAVAINDO – Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 17 Tahun 2010, tepatnya di Pasal 181 dan 198, udah ngasih kode keras soal ini. Meskipun nggak secara gamblang bilang “dilarang jual seragam!”, tapi intinya sih, sekolah harus transparan dan nggak boleh ada konflik kepentingan dalam urusan keuangan. Nah, jualan seragam kan rawan banget konflik kepentingan, bisa-bisa harga kemahalan dan kualitasnya nggak terjamin.

Terus, ada lagi nih aturan yang lebih tegas, yaitu Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Permendikbud) Nomor 50 Tahun 2022. Di sini udah jelas banget: beli seragam itu tanggung jawab orang tua, bukan sekolah! Jadi, nggak ada lagi deh sekolah yang maksa beli seragam di mereka. Orang tua bebas milih mau beli di mana aja, yang penting kualitasnya bagus dan harganya pas di kantong.

Singkatnya, aturannya udah jelas. Sekolah fokus aja ngajar, jangan sampe jualan seragam malah bikin ribet dan bikin orang tua pusing. Sekarang orang tua lebih leluasa milih seragam yang sesuai kebutuhan dan budget, kan? Semoga aturan ini dijalankan dengan baik, ya! Biar nggak ada lagi cerita miris soal seragam sekolah yang bikin kepala pusing.
