Sekda Jateng: “Pentingnya Peran Keluarga Wujudkan Indonesia Emas 2045 dengan Penguatan SDM yang Berkualitas”

JEPARA – Wartajavaindo.com, Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Jawa Tengah, Sumarno menyatakan, peran penting keluarga dalam mewujudkan Indonesia Emas 2045 didukung dengan penguatan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Hal ini dikatakan dalam sambutannya di Hari Keluarga Nasional (Harganas) ke-31dan Hari Anak Nasional ke-40 tahun 2024 di Pantai Kartini Kabupaten Jepara, Sabtu, 22 Juni 2024.
“Sebab, keluarga menjadi madrasah (sekolah) pertama untuk anak-anak, yang akan dijadikan bekal dalam bersosial dilingkungan sekitarnya,” kata Sumarno dalam sambutannya.
Sumarno mengajak setiap keluarga mempersiapkan anak anak sedini mungkin dalam menghadapi era digital. Menurut dia, memberikan ruang komunikasi antara orang tua dan anak anak menjadi salah satu penentu tercapainya akhlak yang baik. Hal ini menjadi penting dalam menghadapi maraknya penggunaan media sosial yang berdampak pada psikologi anak.
“Ini sebenarnya bisa diselesaikan bersama keluarga. Karena problem kejiwaan yang dihadapi anak, yang bisa menghadapi adalah keluarga. Itulah betapa pentingnya peran keluarga,” katanya.
Sementara itu, Deputi Bidang Advokasi Penggerak dan Informasi BKKBN Sukaryo Teguh Santoso mengatakan, peringatan Harganas di Pantai Jepara diikuti oleh kabupaten/kota eks Karesidenan Semarang, Surakarta, dan Pati.
Kegiatan tersebut merupakan salah satu komitmen pemerintah daerah dan stakeholder terkait dalam penyelenggaraan program-program keluarga berencana (KB) dan peningkatkan kualitas anak.
“Keberhasilan program-program ini bukan hanya merupakan keberhasilan pemerintah, namun juga karena dukungan semua pihak, tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat, serta para keluarga Indonesia,” katanya.
Ia menambahkan, salah satu kunci keberhasilan dalam pencapaian SDM berkwalitas yakni dengan digencarkannya program-program pemberdayaan SDM Indonesia yang tentu perlu keterlibatan keluarga.
“Secara teori dan empiris, sumberdaya manusia berkualitas hanya bisa dilahirkan dari keluarga-keluarga berkualitas,” jelas Sukaryo.
Pada kesempatan itu, Sumarno didampingi Penjabat Bupati Edy Supriyanta meluncukan program andalan yakni Kampung Keluarga Berkualitas, Ramah Perempuan, Peduli Anak, dan Elsimil Day.
“Diharapkan program ini dapat mendorong semangat keluarga Indonesia dalam keikutsertaannya mempersiapkan SDM mandiri dan berkwalitas,” pungkas Sumarno. (JOHN)
