Ribuan Batang Rokok Berhasil Disita dalam Giat Operasi Bersama Pemberantasan Barang Kena Cukai Ilegal

Pemerintah Kabupaten Jepara melalui Satuan Tugas Pemberantasan Barang Kena Cukai Ilegal melakukan operasi bersama untuk memberantas peredaran rokok ilegal di wilayah Kabupaten Jepara. Operasi ini melibatkan berbagai instansi, termasuk Satpol PP, Kodim 0719 Jepara, Diskominfo Jepara, dan Polres Jepara.
Operasi ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan (PMK) No. 72 tahun 2024 tentang penggunaan Dana Bagi Hasil Cukai Hasil Tembakau (DBH CHT) dan Keputusan Bupati Jepara No. 976/17 tahun 2025 tentang Satuan Tugas Pemberantasan Barang Kena Cukai Ilegal di Kabupaten Jepara.
Dalam operasi ini, tim melakukan sosialisasi tentang rokok ilegal di tempat-tempat yang dicurigai menjual rokok ilegal, serta melakukan pendataan toko/warung yang disinyalir menjual rokok ilegal. Berikut adalah hasil operasi bersama:
– Toko Tiara di Desa Klepu, Kecamatan Keling: Nihil
– Toko Sri Murti di Desa Cepogo RT 4 RW 10, Kecamatan Kembang: 200 batang rokok ilegal berbagai merek (Sendang Biru Bold 120 batang, Gen Super Bold 40 batang, Sumber Baru 40 batang)
– Toko Ali di Desa Cepogo RT 4 RW 10, Kecamatan Kembang: 400 batang rokok ilegal berbagai merek (Sendang Biru Bold 200 batang, Sumber Baru 200 batang)
– Toko Irmaya di Desa Cepogo RT 03 RW 12, Kecamatan Kembang: 480 batang rokok ilegal berbagai merek (Sendang Biru 160 batang, Sendang Biru Bold 200 batang, Sumber Baru 20 batang, Street 100 batang)
– Toko Laris di Desa Tengguli, Kecamatan Bangsri: Nihil
Selain itu, operasi sejenis juga dilakukan di wilayah kecamatan Kedung, Nalumsari, Tahunan, dan Pakis Aji, dengan hasil barang bukti sejumlah 240 batang. Total hasil operasi bersama ini adalah 1.320 batang rokok ilegal berbagai merek.
Kabid Satpol PP, Abdul Kalim, menyatakan bahwa “Kami akan terus melakukan operasi bersama untuk memberantas peredaran rokok ilegal di Kabupaten Jepara. Kami menghimbau kepada semua pedagang untuk menjual rokok yang legal dan memiliki pita cukai yang asli. Jika tidak, maka akan ada sanksi hukum yang akan diberikan.”
Kabid Satpol PP juga menambahkan bahwa “Kami tidak akan segan-segan untuk mengambil tindakan tegas terhadap pedagang yang masih menjual rokok ilegal. Oleh karena itu, kami menghimbau kepada semua pedagang untuk patuh terhadap peraturan yang berlaku dan menjual rokok yang legal.”
Bagi para pedagang yang masih menjual rokok ilegal, kami ingatkan bahwa pemerintah Kabupaten Jepara berkomitmen untuk memberantas peredaran rokok ilegal dan meningkatkan pendapatan negara melalui cukai tembakau. Oleh karena itu, kami menghimbau kepada semua pedagang untuk menjual rokok yang legal dan memiliki pita cukai yang asli.
Jangan sampai terjebak dalam sanksi hukum dan kerugian finansial yang besar akibat menjual rokok ilegal. Mari kita bekerja sama untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat dan meningkatkan pendapatan negara melalui cukai tembakau.
