Kepala Dinas, Ketua Baznas dan GM PT S2P Hadiri Acara Program Cilacap Makmur Di Desa Ujung Manik Kawunganten Cilacap

CILACAP – Pemerintah Kabupaten Cilacap bersama Badan Amil Zakat Nasional ( Baznas ) Kabupaten Cilacap Kerja sama PT Sumber Segara Primadaya (S2P) PLTU Karangkandri Cilacap menyalurkan bantuan berupa ternak domba kepada kelompok masyarakat penerima manfaat Nurul Iman Desa Ujungmanik, Kecamatan Kawunganten, Kabupaten Cilacap-Jawa Tengah, Selasa (30/9/2025).
Hadir dalam acara kegiatan Kepala Dinas Pertanian Cilacap Sigit Widayanto, SP., M.Si, mewakili Bupati Cilacap Dr H Syamsul Aulia Rahman S. STP. M. Si, , Kepala Dinas Sosial, Asisten Pemerintahan dan Kesra, Ketua Baznas Kabupaten Cilacap Ir. H. Irvan Rahmat, ST., MM., IPU., AER, General Manager (GM) PT Sumber Segara Primadaya (S2P) PLTU Cilacap Agus Gunanto, Wakil Ketua Bidang Distribusi dan Pendayagunaan Akhmad Kholil, S.H, Kemenag Cilacap atau yang mewakili, Dandim 0703 diwakili Danramil 09/Kawunganten Kapten Agus Wantoro, Kapolresta Cilacap diwakili Kapolsek Kawunganten AKP Khoerun, Babinsa Koramil 09/Kawunganten, Bhabinkamtibmas polsek Kawunganten, Kanit Intelkam polsek Kawunganten, Camat Kawunganten Misran, S.H, Dinsos Cilacap, Kesra, BSI, Laziznu, GSC, LB Manajemen, LB Pak Firdaus, LAZ C, An Naba, CILACAP FOOD BANK (Pendamping Ternak Ayam), Petugas Perhutani Banyumas Barat di wilayah Ujung manik , 17 kelompok ternak dari masing-masing kecamatan.
Penyerahan bantuan ternak domba merupakan program Cilacap Makmur RUKUN Ternak. Dalam kegiatan ini Baznas kabupaten Cilacap menyalurkan bantuan kepada RUKUN Ternak Domba dengan jumlah 18 titik sebaran di 17 Kelompok, 1 perorangan. 6 Titik sebaran berasal dari CSR PT Sumber Segara Primadaya, sementara 12 titik sebaran bersumber dari Baznas kabupaten Cilacap.
Pada kesempatan pentasyarufan kali ini, 10 ekor domba betina, 1 ekor pejantan domba berikut 1 paket obat ternak, Matrial kandang 1 paket disalurkan, dan diserahkan secara simbolis oleh GM PT S2P PLTU Cilacap kepada Ketua kelompok ternak Nurul Iman Dusun Banjursari Fatulkhanan.
Untuk penyaluran dari tahun 2024 hingga tahun 2025 secara total keseluruhan pada program Cilacap Makmur Rukun Ternak Baznas Kabupaten Cilacap berhasil menyalurkan bantuan untuk kelompok ternak domba di 33 titik sebaran, 21 kecamatan, 28 desa. Kelompok ternak Bebek 1 titik sebaran, 1 kecamatan 1 desa, serta Kelompok ternak ayam 15 titik sebaran, 10 kecamatan, 14 desa/kelurahan.
Kegiatan yang berlangsung di Desa Ujung manik Kawunganten Cilacap ini merupakan bagian program Cilacap Makmur Rukun Ternak Baznas Cilacap sebagai bentuk ikhtiar dalam rangka melanjutkan program pemberdayaan ekonomi mustahik.
Baznas memberi pembinaan dan pendampingan kepada setiap kelompok dimana tiap kelompok terdiri dari 5 orang anggota.
Menurut Akhmad Kholil, S.H, Wakil Ketua Bidang Distribusi dan Pendayagunaan bahwa, penerima merupakan golongan asnaf yang berhak memperoleh bantuan dari ZIS (Zakat, Infaq, dan Sedekah).
“Kelompok yang telah mendapat bantuan dari Baznas kabupaten Cilacap merupakan bagian dari ikhtiar untuk meningkatkan ekonomi anggota yang menjadi cikal bakal terwujudnya Mustahik menjadi Muzaki,” ucapnya.
Dalam kegiatan yang sama Ketua Baznas Kabupaten Cilacap Ir. H. Irvan Rahmat, ST., MM., IPU., AER pada awak Media Warta Javaindo bahwa bantuan ternak domba tersalurkan di 18 titik sebaran yaitu pada 17 kelompok ternak dan 1 pada perorangan.
“Insya Allah ini jadi harapan, bahwa Cilacap menjadi sentra yang berpotensi terhadap lumbung ternak domba. Harapan kami sederhana, bagaimana teman-teman untuk berniat pingin menjadi peternak yang baik sayangi dulu itu ternak,” katanya.
“Banyak negara-negara maju seperti halnya Amerika memperkuat peternakan, serta sektor pertanian. Kita tak perlu malu menjadi peternak atau bertani, karena ini adalah kunci kesuksesan. Kekuatan sebuah negara adalah ketahanan pangan. Katakanlah kita memperjuangkan masyarakat di sekitar. Angka kemiskinan di Cilacap ada sekitar 11 persen, dan kita tekan di bawah nasional kita, total jumlah Muzaki harusnya di angka 10 ribuan lebih,” ujar Irvan Rahmat.
Kepala Dinas (Kadis) Pertanian Cilacap Sigit Widayanto, SP., M.Si, menyampaikan terima kasih atas adanya bantuan ternak yang telah disalurkan.
“Kami menyampaikan terima kasih kepada Baznas kabupaten Cilacap, PT S2P PLTU Cilacap yang telah menyalurkan bantuan berupa ternak domba, ayam, dan bebek kepada kelompok masyarakat penerima di kabupaten Cilacap,” .
Baznas, S2P, dan juga sumber donatur yang lain, mudah-mudahan yang telah dilakukan teman-teman bisa melebar ke perusahaan-perusahan lain, dan tidak hanya ASN dari jumlah 90 persen sebagai sumber Zakat, Infaq, dan Sedekah di Baznas,” Kepala Dinas Pertanian Sigit menuturkan .
“Bantuan ini akan menjadi sumber perekonomian baru bagi masyarakat. Melalui bantuan tersebut semoga perekonomian dapat meningkat, kesejahteraan semakin baik. Angka kemiskinan bisa menurun, dan tak kalah penting gizi keluarga makin tinggi, kesehatan makin bagus. Dampak itulah yang banyak kita rasakan dari mulai bantuan ini tersalurkan baik berupa domba, ayam, maupun bebek atau itik,” Pungkasnya. ( Mugiono )
