BENGKAYANG, wartajavaindo.com– Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Bengkayang menyampaikan catatan dan rekomendasi strategis terkait Laporan Keterangan Pertanggungjawaban (LKPJ) Bupati Bengkayang atas pelaksanaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Tahun Anggaran 2024. Penyampaian ini dilakukan dalam sidang paripurna yang digelar di Ruang Sidang DPRD Kabupaten Bengkayang pada Jumat, (09/05/2025).
Dalam sidang tersebut, DPRD memberikan apresiasi atas capaian kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bengkayang dalam beberapa program kegiatan dan realisasi anggaran. Namun, DPRD juga menyoroti sejumlah catatan penting yang perlu menjadi perhatian untuk perbaikan ke depan.
DPRD Kabupaten Bengkayang menegaskan pentingnya perbaikan kinerja dalam tiga aspek utama:
1. Penyusunan perencanaan tahun berjalan dan tahun berikutnya.
2. Penyusunan anggaran yang lebih efektif.
3. Penyusunan peraturan daerah dan kebijakan strategis yang lebih akuntabel.
Dalam penutupannya, DPRD berharap agar kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bengkayang ke depan semakin baik, sehingga manfaatnya dapat dirasakan langsung oleh masyarakat dan lembaga terkait. Rekomendasi ini disampaikan berdasarkan amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 13 Tahun 2019 tentang Laporan dan Evaluasi Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah.
