WONOGIRI – Dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat, Satuan Lalu Lintas (Satlantas) Polres Wonogiri menggelar kegiatan Sosialisasi Public Speaking, Storytelling, dan Peningkatan Pelayanan Publik pada Jumat (3/10/2025) bertempat di Aula Sanika Satyawada Polres Wonogiri.
Kegiatan ini dihadiri langsung oleh Waka Polres Wonogiri Kompol Parwanto, S.H., M.H., Kabag SDM Polres Wonogiri AKP Sri Martini, S.H., M.H., Kasat Lantas Polres Wonogiri AKP Subroto, S.H., M.H., beserta jajaran personel Sat Lantas Polres Wonogiri.
Sebagai narasumber, hadir Dr. Ruslina Dwi Wahyuni, S.Sos., M.A.P., dosen dari STAIMAS Wonogiri yang memberikan materi terkait teknik komunikasi efektif, pelayanan prima, serta strategi menghadapi masyarakat dengan sikap humanis, penuh simpati dan empati.
Dalam sambutannya, Kasat Lantas Polres Wonogiri AKP Subroto, S.H., M.H. menyampaikan apresiasi atas terselenggaranya kegiatan ini. Menurutnya, kemampuan berbicara di depan publik (public speaking) dan teknik bercerita (storytelling) sangat penting bagi personel dalam memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan profesional.
Sementara itu, Kabag SDM Polres Wonogiri AKP Sri Martini, S.H., M.H. menekankan pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi anggota Polri agar mampu menghadapi perkembangan kebutuhan masyarakat.
“Pelayanan Polri bukan hanya sekedar cepat, tetapi juga harus humanis, penuh empati, dan sesuai harapan masyarakat,” ujarnya.
Kegiatan kemudian dibuka secara resmi oleh Waka Polres Wonogiri Kompol Parwanto, S.H., M.H., yang juga menegaskan komitmen Polres Wonogiri dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat.
Pelatihan ini meliputi edukasi pelayanan prima, pengetahuan tentang public speaking dan storytelling, simulasi pelayanan publik, serta tata cara menanggapi pengaduan masyarakat secara humanis.
Dengan terselenggaranya pelatihan ini, Polres Wonogiri melalui Satlantas berkomitmen untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, sekaligus mempererat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap institusi Polri.
