Bagai gayung bersambut, langkah Forum Semarang Karya Bersama UMKM, mengunjungi Kantor Dinas Perdagangan Kota Semarang disambut hangat Kepala Dinas, Aniceto Magno Da Silva. Keakraban terjadi ketika Pembina Forum Karya Bersama UMKM Kota Semarang, Suroto yang baru saja memasuki purna tugas dari jabatan Camat di wilayah Kecamatan Genuk ketemu Bang Moy panggilan akrab Kepala Dinas Perdagangan.

“Silahkan mbah Roto, maaf saya kalau memanggil beliau mbah karena senior saya,” sembari duduk Bang Moy yang juga Camat di Kecamatan Semarang Tengah menjabat hangat tangan Suroto . Seolah pertemuan reoni sejawat antara dua pejabat Kecamatan.

Suroto menyampaikan bahwa Forum Semarang Karya Bersama UMKM Kota Semarang merupakan Forum silaturahmi pelaku UMKM se Kota Semarang. Pengurus dan anggotanya asli benar – benar memiliki usaha perekonomian UMKM. Suroto yang sering dipanggil mbah Roto menjelaskan bahwa ada oknum yang mengatas namakan Semarang Karya Bersama UMKM alias sekarbaru dan memohon kepada Kepala Dinas Kota Semarang untuk tidak ditanggapi.

Karena dalam rapat organisasi telah ada kesepakan bahwa nama Semarang Karya Bersama UMKM, ditambah kata Forum.

Artinya organisasi ini kedepan diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah berkiprah para pelaku UMKM se Kota Semarang dalam melakukan peningkatan baik sumber daya manusia, kwalitas produksi, dan jangkauan pasar yang lebih luas.

Jadi nama semula Semarang Karya Bersama UMKM disingkat Sekarbaru dengan rapat besar dihadiri Pembina, Penasehat, Pengurus Harian dan Koordinator Kecamatan sepakat mengubah menjadi Forum Semarang Karya Bersama UMKM yang disingkat FSKB UMKM.

Sementara itu M. Fachri, Pembina FSKB UMKM Kota Semarang yang juga Bendahara LPMK Kota Semarang menyampaikan bahwa, selain dirinya, Suroto, dan Arnaz Agung Andrarasmara siap menjadi Pembina FSKB UMKM, dengan pertimbangan akan mampu membantu mempercepat tumbuh kembang UMKM dalam menciptakan kesejahteraan keluarga dan masyarakat. M. Fachri juga menyinggung Forum Semarang Karya Bersana UMKM ini memiliki kedudukan, visi, misi dan tujuan yang jelas. Sehingga dengan kebersamaan dan pembinaan yang tepat, akan mampu membuka celah dan peluang – peluang kerja sama melaksanakan program yang digulirkan pemerintah.

Aby Maulana Sudibyo, Ketua FSKB UMKM terpilih masa jabatan 2025 – 2030, menyampaikan di depan Kepala Dinas Perdagangan Kota Semarang, bahwa maksud kedatangan rombongan, agar para pelaku UMKM mendapat pembinaan dan sentuhan pemerintah, lewat pintu Dinas Perdagangan Kota Semarang. Abyms panggilan akrab ketua terpilih, juga menyampaikan permohonan kepada Dinas Perdagangan untuk mendapatkan pengakuan dan pengesahan sebagai mitra kerja yang siap melaksanakan program – program strategis dari Dinas Perdagangan.

Kegembiraan Kepala Dinas Perdagangan, Aniceto Magno Da Silva terlihat saat menyampaikan sambutan. “Saya sangat mengapresiasi, Forum Semarang Karya Bersama UMKM atau FSKB UMKM yang peduli terhadap tumbuh kembangnya perekonomian di Kota Semarang tercinta,” Bang Moy mengawali pembicaraan.

Pejabat yang pernah dinobatkan sebagai Camat terbaik saat menjabat Camat di Kecamatan Semarang Utara ini menyampaikan bahwa, dalam waktu dekat akan segera merapikan seluruh perkumpulan – perkumpulan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan ekonomi di Kota Semarang nenjadi dua, yang akan mendapat pembinaan dari Dinas Perdagangan yaitu pedagan pasar dan pedagang PKL termasuk di dalamnya pelaku UMKM. Secara resmi akan dipilih pengurus yang akan mendapat pengesahan dari Dinas Perdagangan. Harapannya ke depan akan mempermudah melakukan koordinasi dan pembinaan. Lebih lanjut Bang Moy, akan melibatkan sepenuhnya penataan – penataan lokasi strategis yang memiki potensi pertumbuhan ekonomi, asal FSKB UMKM memiliki konsep yang jelas.

Melalui Dinas Perdagangan Bang Moy Berjanji akan mengakomodir apa yang mejadi harapan para pengurus Forum Semarang Karya Bersama UMKM sehingga terjadi kolaborasi dan kerja sama saling menguntungkan untuk kepentingan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kota Semarang.

“Agar nanti memudahkan komunikasi dan memaksimalkan kinerja FSKB UMKM, akan saya rekomendasikan Kantor Sekrerariat di pasar,” sembari tersenyum ramah Bang Moy menatap tajam satu persatu para tamu di hadapannya.
