Polda Jateng Gelar Konferensi Pers Ungkap Kasus Pembunuhan Wanita di Demak dan Kawanan Perampok Spesialis Bobol Minimarket di Kendal

SEMARANG – WARTA JAVAINDO, Polda Jateng melalui jajaran Resmob Ditreskrimum serta Polres Demak kembali mengungkap dua kasus besar yang menjadi perhatian masyarakat Jawa Tengah. Satu pelaku pencurian dengan kekerasan yang menewaskan wanita muda di Demak dan empat pelaku pencurian dengan pemberatan spesialis minimarket dan toko kelontong berhasil ditangkap petugas beserta barang bukti kejahatan.
Hal ini diungkapkan Dirreskrimum Polda Jateng Kombes Pol Dwi Subagio di dampingi Kabid Humas Kombes Pol Artanto serta Kapolres Demak Akbp Ari Cahya Nugraha dalam sebuah konferensi pers ungkap kasus di Loby Mako Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng pada Kamis, (3/7/2025) pagi.
Dalam keterangannya, Dirreskrimum menyampaikan bahwa pengungkapan kedua kasus ini merupakan bentuk nyata komitmen Polri dalam memberikan perlindungan dan rasa aman kepada masyarakat, serta menjawab keprihatinan publik atas meningkatnya tindak kejahatan terhadap warga sipil maupun pelaku usaha kecil.
Kasus pertama yang berhasil diungkap adalah tindak pidana Pencurian dengan kekerasan yang disertai pembunuhan (curas) di kawasan persawahan Desa Wonoketingal, Kecamatan Karanganyar, Kabupaten Demak. Korban adalah seorang perempuan muda yang ditemukan tak bernyawa di antara tanaman padi pada Selasa pagi, (24/6/2025), sekitar pukul 06.30 WIB.
“Pelaku melakukan pembunuhan dengan cara mencekik korban hingga meninggal dunia, lalu membawa kabur sepeda motor dan barang-barang milik korban,” terang Kombes Pol Dwi Subagio.
Hasil pemeriksaan medis menunjukkan adanya luka memar pada bagian leher dan tubuh korban. Dari hasil penyelidikan intensif, pelaku berhasil ditangkap dan dijerat dengan Pasal 338 KUHP dan/atau Pasal 365 ayat (3) KUHP tentang pembunuhan dan pencurian dengan kekerasan yang mengakibatkan matinya seseorang, dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 15 tahun penjara.
Sementara itu, pada kasus kedua, tim Resmob Ditreskrimum juga berhasil menangkap empat orang pelaku pencurian dengan pemberatan yang menyasar pertokoan di wilayah Kabupaten Kendal. Aksi kejahatan ini terjadi pada Selasa dini hari, (22/4/2025), dengan kerugian mencapai lebih dari Rp. 450 juta.
” Modus para pelaku adalah berpura-pura menjadi pembeli untuk survei toko pada siang hari, Lalu pada malam hari, mereka masuk melalui atap dengan cara merusak genteng dan pintu gudang, serta membawa kabur berbagai jenis rokok untuk dijual kembali,” jelas Dirreskrimum.
Barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan antara lain satu unit mobil Daihatsu Xenia, berbagai alat seperti linggis dan obeng, serta puluhan bungkus rokok dari berbagai merek. Keempat tersangka memiliki peran berbeda, mulai dari eksekutor, pengintai, hingga penjual hasil curian. Satu pelaku lainnya masih buron dan telah masuk dalam daftar pencarian orang (DPO).
Para pelaku dalam kasus pencurian dengan pemberatan dijerat dengan Pasal 363 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman penjara paling lama 9 tahun. Sementara seorang pelaku lain yang berperan sebagai penadah dikenakan Pasal 480 KUHP dengan ancaman pidana penjara hingga 4 tahun.
Atas pengungkapan cepat kasus curat ini, perwakilan Alfamart, Bapak Daru, menyampaikan apresiasi kepada jajaran Polda Jateng. Ia menilai tindakan kepolisian sangat cepat dan berdampak besar dalam menjaga rasa aman bagi pelaku usaha ritel.
“Kami mewakili pihak manajemen Alfamart mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Polda Jawa Tengah, khususnya tim Resmob Ditreskrimum atas respon cepat dalam pengungkapan kasus ini. Kami sebagai masyarakat merasa bangga mempunyai Polri yang dapat mengungkap banyak kasus dalam waktu singkat,” ungkap Daru.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Kabid Humas Polda Jateng Kombes Pol Artanto menegaskan bahwa pihak kepolisian akan terus meningkatkan langkah-langkah preemtif, preventif, dan represif untuk menjamin keamanan di seluruh wilayah Jawa Tengah. Ia juga mengimbau masyarakat agar tidak segan melaporkan segala bentuk kejahatan ke kantor polisi terdekat.
“Keberhasilan ini bukan hanya hasil kerja keras aparat, tetapi juga karena dukungan dan kepercayaan masyarakat. Kami minta kepada siapa pun yang mengetahui pelaku kejahatan untuk segera melapor. Polri hadir bukan hanya sebagai penegak hukum, tetapi juga sebagai pelindung, pengayom, dan pelayan masyarakat,” tegas Kombes Pol Artanto.
