Resmob Polres Temanggung Amankan Tiga Pemain Judi Dan Barang Buktinya

Rumah milik ARIYONO warga Dusun Karangrejo, Rt 1/ Rw 8, Desa Gondang Winangun, Kecamatan Ngadirejo, Kabupaten Temanggung, di grebek oleh Resmob Polres Temanggung. Pasalnya rumah tersebut di jadikan ajang perjudian.
Berdasarkan informasi dari warga bahwa ada sekelompok orang yang sedang bermain kartu, dengan taruhan uang pada hari Senin tanggal (11/1/2021) sekira pukul17.45 WIB, sehingga membuat Resmob Polres Temanggung langsung melakukan penyelidikan dan pengintaian dan ternyata informasi tersebut benar, sehingga Tim Gabungan langsung melakukan penggrebekan rumah tersebut. Setidaknya ada 3 orang berhasil di amankan masing-masing berinisial JI (40), R (46), dan S (41) beserta barang bukti berupa uang senilai Rp. 2.500.000,- (dua juta lima ratus ribu rupiah).
Dalam keterangannya Wakapolres Temanggung, Kompol Harry Sutadi mengatakan bahwa,” semua pelaku judi sudah di amankan,
“Pelaku dengan sengaja menggunakan kesempatan mengadakan permainan kartu jenis ceki dengan menggunakan taruhan uang atau turut melakukan tindak pidana Perjudian,” kata Wakapolres Temanggung, Kompol Harry Sutadi saat ungkap kasus, pada hari Kamis tanggal (28/1/2021).
Sementara itu Pelaku dan barang bukti langsung di bawa ke Polsek Ngadirejo untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan. Adapun para pelaku tersebut diancam dengan Primer Pasal 303 KUHPidana tentang Tindak pidana Perjudian dengan ancaman hukuman 10 tahun Penjara.
