Perwira Berpangkat AKBP Dan AKP Di Laporkan Ke Propam Polda Jateng Terkait Penganiayaan

Mantan Kanit 3 Satreskrim Polres Pekalongan Iptu Joyo Suharto mantan Kasubdit Pengamanan Internal (Paminal) Polda Jateng beserta satu anggotanya. Joyo melaporkan polisi berpangkat AKBP dengan inisial R dan anggotanya A yang berpangkat AKP ke SPKT Polda Jateng atas kasus penganiayaan. Laporan itu tercatat dalam laporan LP/B/1/1/2021/JATENG/DITRESKIMUM. Pada 1 Januari lalu.
” Saya melaporkan anggota Propam karena melakukan penganiayaan ” ujarnya kepada awak media beberapa waktu lalu.
Ia mengatakan kronologi penganiayaan yang dialaminya bermula saat Unit 3 Satreskrim Polres Pekalongan menerima limpahan dari Satlantas Polres Pekalongan terkait penahanan truk pengangkut batu bara dari arah Cirebon pada 25 Agustus 2019 silam. Kala itu Kapolres Pekalongan Kota yang masih di jabat oleh AKBP Ferry Sandi Sitepu memerintahkan memeriksa asal muasal truk tersebut.
Setelah di periksa, ternyata truk bermuatan batu bara itu mempunyai kelengkapan surat surat sehingga kemudian armada tersebut di kembalikan ke sopir pada 10 September 2019 lalu, namun ternyata sopir truk yang bernama Nur Kholip melaporkan apa yang dialaminya Paminal Polda Jateng.
Awal Oktober 2019 AKP A dan satu anggota Bid Propam Polda Jateng meminta keterangan pada dirinya terkait truk batu bara yang sempat di tahan hingga 15 hari, saat itu ia menerangkan jika pada awal pemeriksaan sang sopir memberikan keterangan palsu terkait asal usul batu bara. Penyidik, ujar joyo baru melepaskan truk itu hingga mendapatkan kejelasan mengenai asal usul dan pemilik batu bara itu.
Namun rupanya pemeriksaan terhadap Joyo tidak berhenti sampai disitu, pada pemeriksaan pada tanggal 9 Oktober 2019, pemeriksaan berkembang ke arah lainnya. Mulai penanganan limbah, Koperasi Polres Pekalongan hingga penanganan narkoba Yang sama sekali tidak dilakukannya.
Sehari kemudian, sekitar pukul 14.00 Wib ia diajak keruangan Kasi Propam. Diruangan itu ternyata sudah ada AKBP R dan AKP A serta dua perwira lainnya. Joyo mengatakan, ketika itulah ia ditampar oleh AKBP R lalu di pukul AKP A, Joyo di tampar dan di pukul setelah dirinya dipaksa mengakui sesuatu yang dirinya tidak lakukan. Menurut Joyo kepalanya di pukul oleh AKP A hingga tersungkur, namun saat AKP A hendak memukulnya lagi, lalu tangannya ditepis oleh AKBP R.
” Saat di periksa itu saya didesak apakah Kapolres (AKBP Ferry – red) mendapat jatah bulanan dari pengusaha batu bara tersebut, saya jawab tidak tau ” ujarnya.
Sementara Direktur Reserse Kriminal Umum (Dirreskrimum) Polda Jateng, Kombes Pol Wihastono mengatakan kasus itu telah lama. Namun dirinya akan mengecek kembali kasus ini terkait laporan tersebut. ” Saya akan cek terlebih dahulu laporannya ” Ujar beliau saat di hubungi Senin (11/1) kemarin
