Terjadi kecelakaan Kereta Api loko CC 2061399 di perlintasan jalur Kereta Api tanpa palang pintu Petak jalan Tegowanu – Gubug km 20 + 30 masuk Ds. Mangunsari Kec. Tegowanu Kab. Grobogan dengan truk Nopol B 9157 UFY. (minggu tanggal 28 Agustus 2022 sekira pukul 10.39 wib ).
Kecelakaan Kereta Api Kalimas loko CC 2061399 dengan masinis Ali Mufit (Daops 4 Semarang) tersebut mengakibatkan 1 orang terluka parah, yaitu Mustofa (52) beralamat Desa Bulagor rt 8/3 Kec. Pegelaran Kab. Banten
Kronologi kejadian :
Sekira pukul 10.40 wib KA barang dengan loko CC 2061399 melaju dari arah barat, tiba-tiba truck pengangkut bahan semen melintas dari arah selatan dan penjaga palang sudah menyetop, akan tetapi sopir truk tidak menghiraukan sang penjaga palang akhirnya truk tersebut jalan terus menerobos perlintasan rel kereta api dan kejadian laka pun terjadi.
Sementara itu Masinis Ali Mufit dan asistennya Suyanto sudah membunyikan suling Lokomotif (semboyan 35) berulang kali tetapi pengendara truk tersebut tidak mengindahkan dan tetap menyeberang rel, akibatnya truk tersebut tertabrak KA barang hingga terseret sejauh kurang lebih 15 meter dan truk rusak berat.
Selanjutnya korban sopir truck dibawa ke RS PKU Muhammadiyah Kec. Gubug Kab. Grobogan.
Atas kejadian tersebut, KA barang mengalami plug kran pecah pada lokomotif dan KA tidak bisa melanjutkan perjalanan, hingga harus menunggu Lokomotif pengganti dari depo Lokomotif pengganti dari stasiun Poncol Semarang. Selanjutnya Depo Lokomotif siapkan Lokomotif pengganti CC.2061306 untuk melanjutkan KA 2061399 dan saat ini sudah bisa melanjutkan perjalanan.
Pada kesempatan pertama, kejadian laka kereta api dengan truck semen tersebut telah di laporkan oleh Camat Tegowanu Kashartono S.H kepada Bupati Grobogan pada hari ini juga.
Kejadian lakalantas tersebut sudah dalam penanganan polsek Tegowanu dan Satlantas Grobogan.
